Child of Madagascar WIP

This morning's progress is shown in the first photo and have placed a copy of yesterday's photo, for comparison.  The painting still needs more refinement so will let this sit for a few hours while I go paint kitchen walls.  Time away will hopefully help me to see the painting with fresh eyes.

Ann, she is coming along beautifully! She could be called "finished" now, but it depends what effect you are trying to create. The kitchen walls sound like a good break[?] . What color are you using? And before i forget, I wish you a most wonderful Thanksgiving!

You've really pulled out the form Ann. It's funny that we all think alike when it comes to what is finished and what needs a bit more definition: other artists' work always looks finished; ours always needs a touch here and there. LOL. Happy Thanksgiving.

Hi Ann, I think it looks complete and perfect. You really are good at portraits and this one is superb.
