An Apple A Day

A 4" x 5" watercolor of an apple painted Monday, 04-20. I am chuckling as I just noticed I have the shadow going in the wrong direction.

Tina, thank you. I just enjoyed seeing your blog and especially enjoyed your pencil work.

What a lovely tribute to your dad to finish a painting of his. Lovely.

Yes...what a lovely red apple. We don't see the shadow, the color is so good that we forget to pay attention to it.

Hi, Ann - I love this close-up. luscious colors. The shadows don't matter--sometimes that happens with multiple light sources, so it's still believable!
