Christmas, From the Archives

Wishing Each of You
A Most Blessed
Christmas

This painting was done in 2003, while remembering my childhood. I would lay on the couch, without my glasses, and get lost in the wonderland of lights and Christmas daydreams, believing anything is possible. Every time I run across this card, I still get that same feeling. Besides, purple is my favorite color and always make me feel good too.

Ann this is great! brings back wonderful memories. I loved our family tree growing up, mom had ornaments painted with our names on them. sweet memories.
Merry Christmas to you!

Charming little painting. Takes me back because oddly our living room (growing up) was very much the same arrangement--tree in front of double window, couch to the right, tied-back drapes...

And thanks for giving my blogs such a glowing feature on Empty Easel. And Merry Christmas!

Thanks Diane for sharing a bit about Christmas when you were growing up. Those times are so precious to us now.

It was my pleasure to suggest you as you so willingly and capably give back to the art community through your words and your paintings. Keeping my fingers crossed!

Merry Christmas to you and your family too
